Digital Marketing Senior Associate

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage SEM, PMAX and Demand Gen campaigns for both seasonal and non-seasonal campaigns across HP online store
  • Routinely update ad creative and/or ad extensions based on marketing calendar, seasonal promotions, and the latest discounts or coupon offers
  • Conduct weekly or monthly campaign optimization tasks including but not limited to ad copy testing, keywords inclusion or exclusion, and product SKU addition
  • Run tests, analyze results, and clearly communicate learnings across local marketing teams and greater HP Store organization
  • Measure and evaluate current campaigns performance against quarterly business goals/targets and channel investment decisions to maximize return on investment
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports on regular cadence

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a discipline with analytical or quantitative focus is preferred i.e. Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or related fields
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search campaigns (Google and Bing) ; Performance-focused campaign experience is a plus
  • Preferred experience with 3rd-party campaign and bidding management platforms e.g. Google SA360, Marin Software, or Skai (formerly Kenshoo)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables and/or Power Pivot; comfortable manipulating basic datasets
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads andSA360certification is mandatory
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in fast-paced environment is a must
  • Highly detail-oriented with proven project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results
  • Strong analytical, problem identification + solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
