As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to facilitate strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will contribute to the overall financial health and success of our organization. You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you'll work out of our designated location in 1 on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on your analysis of financial data. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, optimize financial processes, and facilitate the achievement of our financial goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to facilitate strategic decision-making. • Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management. • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies. • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Knowledge and experience with POC
• Experience with products and projects
• English/Portuguese: Proficient
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, HFM, Excel (Adv)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Spanish in a proficient level
• Knowledge and experience with Microsiga
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
