Manager, Product Management (PXDP50)

As part of the HR Joining Product team, you will:

  • Be a thought leader influencing the Onboarding roadmap for talent acquisition experiences
  • Work closely with business and engineering teams to continuously refine intent and ensure we are building the best capabilities to meet our customer needs and business objectives
  • Manage engineering team(s) to build solutions that create delightful customer experience
  • Assess user needs and market solutions to define key capabilities that align to the target vision and strategy

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management

  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
