In this role, you will:
Lead complex HR initiatives that include multiple business functions and HR products
Drive innovation in HR strategies by leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet the organization's evolving needs
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various business functions, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve program objectives
Manage the successful execution of simultaneous workstreams through effective project management
Synthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives
Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for the program
Align program initiatives with organizational priorities
Monitor and evaluate the impact of the program on organizational goals
Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery
Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership with the appropriate level of detail for each audience
Required Qualifications:
5+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience partnering with senior management and leaders to influence and consult on complex programs, initiatives, and problem resolution
5+ years of enterprise program discovery/management experience (including, but not limited to, needs assessments, identifying root cause issues, developing strategy, building business cases, data/metrics, influencing, and tracking/reporting status/results)
Experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that tells a story which can be shared with senior leaders to inform and influence solution direction and meet business objectives via executive-level presentations
Experience leading strategic initiatives, programs and/or projects, collaborating across a large organization
Self-motivated and ability to motivate and lead a team
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to become a trusted advisor to business owners
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint Online)
2+ years of experience in developing and implementing new Human Resources (HR) business strategies while managing risk and compliance
Recent experience independently planning, organizing, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives
Practical knowledge of HR metrics to benchmark, measure, analyze and articulate the value and ROI of HR initiatives, practices, and policies
1+ years of experience working on agile or product management teams
Job Expectations:
Hybrid work schedule in Charlotte, NC; or Minneapolis, MN
Relocation assistance is not available for this position
Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time
