Develop/maintain a country compensation & benefits framework that is competitive and aligned with the market
Support in compensation annual campaigns, ensuring global guidelines are well communicated and respected, at the same time local nuances are taken into consideration
Build and grow a network of external reward professionals within the region, through various channels including HR consulting firms forums and networks and other formal and informal forums to maintain an update on the latest market trends
Ensure HR Business Partners, Leadership Teams & People Managers are clear about Reward Programs and Strategy, build partnership through education
Own Reward related polices, conduct periodic reviews to ensure adidas offerings remain market competitive
Support in regional HR and/or Reward programs, initiatives or projects
Ensure Market data submission is done timely and accurately
Experience & Qualification
7 years of relevant compensation & benefits experience supporting Southeast Asia countries
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Ability to collaborate with Senior leaders within HR and the Business
