The CCB Finance & Business Management team is committed to supporting the strategic and financial objectives of the business, while ensuring a sound control environment and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements. Our major employee locations include New York, Columbus, Bengaluru, Wilmington, Jersey City, and Plano.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the CCB Controller to develop and execute a comprehensive communication agenda to include global town halls, regional all-hands calls, DEI events, in-person location visits. offsites etc.
  • Developing our people engagement strategy to support a deep-rooted culture built upon diversity, equity & inclusion through partnering with the CCB F&BM People Agenda lead as well as the CCB Controllers Extended Leadership team leads
  • Creating various levels of presentations including departmental Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) status monitoring
  • Ownership of headcount forecasting and tracking and departmental expense oversight, providing analysis of financial performance; engaging in location strategy initiatives including floor restacks and acting as the primary interface with the CCB F&BM Business Manager team
  • Supporting sub-Line of Business and horizontal function leads in delivering against new business strategies, strategic initiatives and / or platforms; providing Program Management leadership
  • Plan weekly CCB Controller Management team meetings, monthly Extended Leadership meetings, assist with location strategy reorganizations and overall drive connectivity, partnership and engagement across the organization

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Previous product knowledge and / or prior Business Management or COO experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter, energetic, tenacious and dynamic in style with excellent program management, time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills, ability to interact with and forge strong relationships with employees at all tenure levels across a broad range of functions, including at the executive level and work with a team to accomplish common goals
  • Demonstrated leadership in terms of attitude, initiative and inclusivity
  • Confidence to present key updates at senior management forums
  • Attention to detail with logical though process
  • Strong judgment, professional maturity, proactive, has the confidence to challenge the status quo and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and computer skills
