Primary purpose of the position

Located in Sweden, preferably Helsingborg.

Other Generic Manager:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and follow up a business plan including ambition, targets, focus areas and prioritized actions
  • P&L management within Business Unit. Set and follow-up annual sales- and cost targets
  • Set relevant Business unit KPIs, monitor and initiate corrective measures
  • Provide input to budget and last best estimates
  • Analyze current portfolio and take necessary proactive actions
  • Identify new business to grow and broaden (launch/Line extensions) a profitable portfolio
  • Cross functional project management to increase security of delivery
  • Key account manager pharmacies

Analyze support to other business areas within the generic portfolio:

  • Provide analytical support and tools to the generic business to ensure continued growth
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance delivery security and improve the bidding process

Internal:

  • Business Unit manager (reporting)
  • Market Access, Medical, Supply chain, Communication, Finance, Quality, PhV, RA, Portfolio, HR, Legal, Compliance, Procurement and IT

External:

  • Key persons at pharmacies
Qualification and competencies
  • A relevant university degree e.g. within finance, pharmacy
  • Prior experience working with analytical support
  • Prior negotiations experience is a plus
  • Prior experience from the pharma market is also a plus
  • Customer oriented and eager to build strong relationships
  • Ability to identify and implement business opportunities adding value for customers and Teva
  • Strong analytical skills along with being able to turn analysis into decisions
  • Solutions oriented – can-do attitude
  • Demonstrates a team spirit
  • Ability to prioritize between work tasks
  • Demonstrates independence, drive and power of initiative
  • Good administrative skills with a structured and well-organized way of managing his/her area of responsibility
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
