- 10 years of experience leading negotiations and business development.
- Experience managing a portfolio of capital real estate sites.
- Experience developing industrial-scale power transmission, water supply, or waste water projects.
- Experience discussing agreements for utility infrastructure and supply agreements.
- Experience assessing and discussing economic development incentives agreements at state and local levels.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in location strategy, site selection, acquisition, site development, and construction for industrial-scale projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs or projects.
- Ability to think outside the box and propose commercially and technically creative solutions.
- Ability to comfortably work in ambiguous, collaborative, and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
