- Experience selling to, and supporting, startups or digital native companies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

- Experience promoting cloud and enterprise software solutions in the public sector.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and partner collaborations.
- Experience in business and legal negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to engage executives and drive technical initiatives (e.g., migrations, business cases).
- Ability to grow accounts and acquire new customers.
