Responsibilities, Skills and Expertise -
Any of below domain / function expertise are preferred –
Sales and CRM– B2B / B2C sales strategy, sales planning, lead & funnel mgmt., field & territory mgmt., Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, Sales operating models design, business case & transformation roadmap development.
- Design and implement CRM strategies tailored to the insurance sector, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Hands on experience in capturing business requirements for CRM capability implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in the insurance industry
- Document user stories, and acceptance criteria while collaborating with onshore counterpart(s).
- Support test planning, test case design, test execution along with business stakeholders.
