Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Partners, Executive Directors, Directors, and team members
- Schedule meetings and events, liaise with other departments and handle correspondences
- Maintain accurate and organized files for fast and convenient retrieval
- Assist in business travel, visa applications, hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements, and related matters
- Process expenses claims, reimbursement matters, billing, invoices and prepare various business reports
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Certification
To Qualify, candidates must have:
- Diploma holder or above with an understanding of administrative and secretarial duties
- Minimum of 3 years of secretarial experience, preferably gained from multinational companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
- Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to meet deadlines and willingness to work overtime when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
