Required Qualifications:

  • Doctorate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience OR Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience.
  • 7+ years of experiencein working with modern server architecturesand/or their subsystems– including GPU,CPU,AIhardware, Memory,Motherboardsand methods forroot causeanalysisanddebugging.
  • 7+ years of experience in leading ataskforce to resolve technical problems and solutions.

  • to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsarerequired for this role. These requirementsinclude butare not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering,Computer HW,Or System Engineering.
  • Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive a call to action.
  • 15+ years of experience in working with the modern server architecturesand/or their subsystems– includingGPU,CPU,AIhardware, Memory and methods forroot causeanalysisanddebugging.
  • Proficient communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team or task forces to drive the server quality across design, manufacturing, data center deployment and sustaining phase
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive Harward Quality across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze data quality metrics toidentifyareas for improvement
  • and address process inefficiencies to enhance overall quality
  • Establish Critical-to-Quality performance metrics to enhance product quality.
  • Ensure quality requirements are met in the hardware change management process.
  • Promote our Culture and Values, mentor, and develop team members, fostering excellence and innovation.
