What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day legal operations, including vendor and matter management, data analytics, and process automation

• Helping design and implement legal technology tools, including through scripting, “vibe coding,” and low-/no-code tooling

• Maintaining structured legal data and assisting with metrics and reporting

• Assisting in cross-functional projects involving legal, IT, finance, and procurement

• Contributing to the creation of internal legal documentation and self-service portals

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical or operational discipline (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years of professional experience (internships or academic projects welcome)

• Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or project management platforms

• Interest in legal technology and improving how legal teams function

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Experience working with legal tech platforms such as DocuSign, Anaqua, or CounselLink

• Exposure to low-code automation (e.g., Power Automate) tools or scripting (e.g., Python)
