What you'll do
The focus of this role will be to collaborate with the Business AI regional teams to:
Design and execute strategic AI programs, such as the Business AI Jumpstart Discovery Workshops initiative
Reinforce regional GTM planning as a commercial & solutions coach to the sales teams
Undergird the success of AI adoption initiatives for SAP’s broad Business AI portfolio across lines of business and industries
Customer and Partner Engagement:
Drive strategic customer engagements through effective value executive first discoveries, storytelling and streamlined sales process execution
Coordinate with sales, advisory and services teams to directly address AI-related customer demands and inquiries
Support the AI discovery workshops by helping set up the program, conducting and subsequently facilitating workshops with followup.
Developing new methodologies and training programs around the Business AI customer & partner engagement process
Program Design and Execution:
Assist in the design and implementation of AI incubation programs in collaboration with regional teams & Business AI product teams
Gather and incorporate feedback from regional teams and customers to improve AI programs
Ensure consistent delivery and execution standards of AI programs across all regions
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on program performance against defined KPIs, including supporting pipeline progression, bookings and adoption metrics
Coordinate with sales, marketing and product development for cohesive performance tracking across Business AI
Provide regular updates to Business AI leadership
Thought Leadership and Enablement:
Serve as a face of AI technologies, trends, and best practices for select events in your region and globally
Stay current with AI advancements and contextualize these advancements for the SAP Business AI portfolio
Empower regional AI teams through knowledge-sharing and execution support
Customer Success Initiatives:
Create lighthouse customer references through adoption initiatives
Build AI Pipeline for the Market Unit
Maintain a direct feedback loop between regional leads, marketing & product engineering
Empower the ecosystem to deliver on AI promises by directly supporting Business AI GTM activities
What you bring
Experience in customer engagements or similar roles in cutting edge-technologies, including AI
Proven track record designing and coaching sales organizations towards measurable business outcomes
Experience engaging with customers and partners to drive AI & cloud software adoption
Existing familiarity with the SAP Business AI portfolio and strategy is a plus
Strong ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in customer facing situations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A “working backwards” mindset with a focus on quantitative customer outcomes
Adaptability to operate gracefully in a dynamic AI market environment
Strong ability to craft a network of influence in a matrixed organization
Proven familiarity with fast-paced GTM motions
Displays a high degree of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Bachelor’s Degree/MBA is preferred
Additional language proficiency is an asset on this global team
