Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional programs that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders to align program objectives with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Have primary ownership of program deliverable roadmaps.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate program status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and process improvements across the Revenue Operations team.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on revenue operations or a related area.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency using project management tools such as: Google Workplace Tools, GitHub, AirTable, Monday.com, Trello, Slack, etc.
  • Metrics driven and analytical, experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, or other tools a bonus.

Bonus Points:

  • PMP Certification
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus.


Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

These ranges representthe lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:
$202,900 USD
$243,300 USD
