By applying to this role based in U.S. Mountain View, CA, you are required to be local to the San Francisco area and in office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinates projects and programs including all elements of end-to-end project planning, timelines, milestones, performance metrics, and resource needs for programs and product cycles.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress, and measure the impact of quality and efficiency programs on key metrics.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth. Accountable to own the status of key projects, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate program strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders, advocating for the quality and efficiency function within the team.
- Analyze business needs, identify solutions, and leverage business intelligence tools to improve processes, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making – including creating dashboards, testing and defining KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, empathy, and respect to achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4 years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
