Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the AML Technology, Business Analysts, Testing and other key delivery teams to support the timely delivery of changes to our KYCapplications
• Constantly monitor, proactively manage and report on progress, risks, issues, dependencies and solutions for the KYC release portfolio to allstakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis and deliver recommendations for significant or recurring issues
• Support Client Insights organization in the identification, solutioning and delivery of improvements to our processes and identify opportunities to improve Technology speed to market
• Lead improvements in the relationship & interaction model between Client Insights and Technology teams
• Work with oversight committees to update status, risks and issues
• Ensures risks & issues are proactively identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
• Work quickly and effectively on ad-hoc requests to support AML Management

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Transformation work along with strong knowledge of project & program management of Technology implementations. They will be highly motivated, committed and passionate about problem solving, recognition of issues along with their remedies, focused on change keeping high quality assurance standards. Ideally from a technology or operations program background they will have experience of leading and influencing people, have a strong track record of successful change management delivery and ‘making things happen’. They will have excellent interpersonal skills written and oral communication skills. They also be an effective listener and when required, able to facilitate team and client meetings.

• Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry and work experience, preferably with an AML or Know Your Customer background
• Strong analytical mind with technical solutioning & implementation experience with technical lifecycle knowledge
• Requires excellent analytical skills in order to identify, filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources. Exercises wide degree of latitude and discretion
• Reporting skills and very good attention to details,
• Experience in a multinational corporation preferred, with a proven ability to work with people across geographic regions/countries and diverse cultures
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact effectively with different levels of management
• Ability to deliver informative, well-organized presentations
• Strong team player with excellent diplomacy and communication skills to guide, influence and convince other to change which will benefit us all,
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem solving
• Understand risk culture, AML processes as well as project management principles,
• Experience of process mapping and agile delivery model
• Computer literate - proficient in Windows applications
• Fluency in English
