Within CO+I, theIncident Managementis responsible forperforming multiple services which support the detection, mitigation, and response coordination necessary to support our internal stakeholders in makinga highly motivated and experiencedTechnical Program Manager

As aTechnical Program Manager, you will lead projects from planning to delivery by working closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and datacenter operations teams across CO+I. You will lead strategic initiative projects, drive end-to-end business transformation processes and tools, and remain accountable for the targeted business outcomes, including critical reporting and communications on projects to enable fast and

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projectsacross multiple geographical locations.
  • Experience planning, creating, and managing schedules and budget.
  • Prior experience writing documents and specifications for program deliverables.
  • Experience authoring proposals for technical development programs.
  • Experience with large scale systems engineering.
  • Able to travel (domestic and international).
  • Able to communicate complex issues and trade-offs to development partners and management.
  • Ability to write, speak and present information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.
