Job Description
The person in this role will be primarily responsible for executing culture adoption, organizational change management and communications campaigns, leading the DigitalYou Learning Council, a group of stakeholders across the DigitalYou core team and IT Skill Leads, assessing business requirements and strategic fit for the DigitalYou roadmap, and recommending efficiencies for our business process and outcome realization. This role closely partners with Information Technology, Global Learning and Development to provide a consistent development experience aligned to the skill prioritization for technologists and deliver the adoption of an agile learning culture in IT.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate and partner closely with the Technical Capability Development Product Manager to enable and realize strategic vision and direction and deliver business processes.
Serve as lead change agent for Technical Capability Development, socializing the vision, strategy, and approach.
Deliver comprehensive organizational change strategy and communications plans.
Conduct change assessments and interventions to facilitate the adoption and integration of existing and new development experiences through DigitalYou.
Collaborate and partner closely with Global, GLD and IT change and communications teams to align on communications and socialization plans, message content and impact and identify appropriate audiences.
Create and write communications templates, blurbs, news articles and review and ratify same with Global, GLD and IT change and communications teams, TCD leadership, and others as necessary.
Activate and lead and DigitalYou Learning Council to create synergies across IT to deliver centralized services, including change enablement and unified, simplified communications.
Operationalize our ways of working with the DigitalYou Learning Council, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and enhancing efficiency in delivering IT development experiences.
Conduct comprehensive white glove intake assessments to identify and measure strategic fit for product roadmap. Make recommendations to leadership from observations, assessments, interviews, surveys, and feedback loops.
Maintain cross-organizational stakeholder relationships to foster strong partnership and alignment with our core objectives and value realization.
Implement sustainment strategies to reinforce changes introduced through IT, ensuring long-term adoption and integration into daily IT operations.
Collaborate closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to embed new processes and behaviors that support ongoing skill development and alignment with business objectives.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Change Management, and or IT.
Required skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years or work experience in relevant field.
Lead and execute organizational change management activities, change intent strategy, and change interventions to drive adoption of development as a mindset and increase technical proficiency across IT.
Manage stakeholder relationships with the IT Skill Leads and the DigitalYou Learning Council to lead, facilitate and coordinate the monthly forum and follow through on any actions; act as a single point of contact for the DigitalYou Learning Council to assess their needs and requirements from our centralized services; continuously socialize our strategy and roadmap to seek input, feedback, and requirements.
Lead, execute and deliver communications activities such as written communications, awareness campaigns, socialization, presentations, and other culture adoption methods supporting our business objectives.
Conduct business analysis using the Technical Capability Development assessment and prioritization business process criteria to determine strategic fit and make recommendations for the product roadmap to meet our business objectives.
Identify business process improvement opportunities to meet business requirements more efficiently and focus on customer success while building and increasing trust across our communities. Introduce new methods and techniques to challenge and advance our ways of working and stay relevant with changing policies and standards.
Preferred skills and experience:
Be a thought leader for Technical Capability Development and offer points of view and perspectives that consider stakeholder needs and feedback, industry trends, current state challenges and future vision aspirations.
Prosci training or certification preferred.
Implement and manage the governance framework for the Technical Capability Development product roadmap to provide product oversight and measurable value, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and recommend opportunities with proposed solutions to the product manager and skills lifecycle manager.
Conduct quarterly sprint planning and regular retrospectives to ensure roadmap delivery is aligned with stakeholder needs.
Contribute to the Technical Capability Development blueprint, playbook, business process and detailed designs. Use business architecture to update concepts, flows, criteria and measures.
Partner with the Global HR and Learning and Development teams to share and regularly review stakeholder feedback and how it may influence blueprints and playbooks.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
