Proficiency with Apple products and applications, specifically strong skills with Keynote.
10+ years of business development experience in driving new features within a mobile-first organization.
Deep understanding of the access control industry, including key technologies (e.g., RFID, Bluetooth, NFC), market dynamics, and major players.
Ability to listen actively, communicate across differences and foster inclusive team dynamics.
Flexibility to handle directional changes with the ability to balance moving priorities and a portfolio of initiatives to ensure project success and drive impact.
Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
Analytical problem solver with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.
Bachelor's degree in an equivalent (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience required.
