KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Combine traditional engineering and data science to develop differentiated service products for Field Service Organization (FSO) and Customers.
- Drive development and promote commercially viable and scalable service product solutions.
- Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of difficult, complex engineering problems in field of technical expertise, including serviceability and manufacturability.
- Capture field learning into analytical models used to support customer sites with service agreements.
- Develop rapid troubleshooting methodology leveraging Fishbone Methodology to drive Baseline Tool Health and dependencies on parts, process, and application.
- Support account teams at sites with comprehensive service to ensure KPI is met.
- Comfortable working both in dynamic teams and independently
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Computer Science / Machine Learning skillset for algorithm development and data visualization.
- Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java. Applied AIx / E3 exposure will be a plus.
REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
- Recent graduate with a Master’s Degree in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials Engineering or related field
- Computer Science / Machine Learning skillset for algorithm development and data visualization
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java. FSS / E3 exposure a plus
- Must be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
- Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Motivated and passionate to understand and address user needs quickly.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset which thrives in a results-driven culture.
- Flexible to work non-standard hours and a willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
