Key Responsibilities:

  • oResponsible for creation and maintenance of Service Should Cost Models (SSCM) during product life cycle.

    oCMP SBU focal point for commercial interaction with Sales, BD, Marketing, FSO and other key stakeholders for new and existing business.

    oAbility to quantify customer value by way of Economic Value Assessment (EVA) or similar approaches.

    oDrive/influence Service Product Roadmap and CIP (Continuous Improvement Programs) to ensure high value delivery for service.

    oSupport tool design and service tooling to create and capture value.

    oSupport IP Strategy and Design for Protection & Residual Value assessments.

    ·Enable new service products

    oSupport the discovery of customer High Value Problem (HVP).

    oDrive cross-function program/projects as needed to introduction new service products.

    oIncorporate strategic initiatives including Digital Tools, Repair/Refurb, and PPACt into Service Product portfolio.

    oCapture Best Known Method (BKMs) to drive value services.

    ·Support customer engagement

    oCoordinate with internal stakeholders to support strategic field requirements.

    oDrive key initiatives and meet customer requirements to enable Wafer Fab Equipment and Services growth.

    ·Support corporate strategic initiatives including annual Strategic Planning and Quarterly Product Reviews.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Understand the primary functions of the CMP tool and what value CMP brings to the customer
  • Understand the key challenges customers face in CMP.
    • Platform specific challenges

  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
    • Understand the key markets and segments for semiconductor manufacturing companies
    • Understand the key technology nodes within the market

    • Understand how to generate reports to communicate past performance

  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
  • Utilizes analytic and business intelligence tools.
  • Proficient with valuable data analysis tools:
    • Power BI
    • Excel
    • JMP
  • Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis
    • Control charts
    • Control limits
    • Box plot analysis

Functional Knowledge:

  • Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities

Required Education and/or Certifications:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a focus in Data Science preferred
