Job Responsibilities
- Execution of negative client/prospect information, often connected to live transactions
- Manage time-sensitive matters that involve numerous details linked to multiple transactions and industry situations
- Develop impactful, in-depth presentation decks for presentation to executive management
- Represent CIB North America Reputation Risk at CIB line of business committees and forums, firm-wide Reputation Risk forums and New Business Initiative meetings and to provide thoughtful assessments and points of view on reputation risk matters
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in risk management or legal within financial services
- Strong, clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships given the extensive interaction with bankers, risk and control professionals both within Commercial Banking and across other LOBs, including firmwide functions
- Strong data mining/management and analytical skills are essential
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- High comfort in leading discussions, driving for closure and ensuring strong second line review
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills
