Industry Advisorsare responsible forAs a Travel & Transportation Industry Advisor, you willbe responsible fordriving the digital transformation of our customers in the travel and transportation sector. You willto help them achieve their strategic goals andsolutions to address their industry challenges and opportunities.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the travel and transportation industry, with a proventrack recordof delivering successful business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consultative selling, solution selling, or account management, with a strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of the travel and transportation industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and solutions, and how Microsoft's cloud, AI, andDatatechnologies can address them.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the travel and transportation industry,specifically Airlines across Asia, 3PL’s across Asia,
  • Articulate anddemonstratethe value of Microsoft's industry solutions and offerings, and how they can help our customers achieve their digital transformationobjectives.
  • Lead and orchestratecustomer engagement, run workshops,identifysolutionsand build a transformation roadmap for these customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, the solutions team, and the partner ecosystem to create and execute account plans, strategies, and tactics to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the industry solutions team and the product development team on customer requirements, market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry developments, innovations, and technologies, and share your knowledge andexpertisewith internal and external stakeholders.
