In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.


As a Workday Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of Workday’s Human resources solution. You will provide Workday HCM reporting and PRISM analytics product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise. You will partner with clients, from diverse HR disciplines, to understand their business requirements, transform business processes, and deploy the Workday solution.
You will develop solutions to synchronize data between Workday’s cloud-based software and external systems.
As consultant, you will interface directly with client and project team experts to design and execute highly strategic data conversions data loads for Workday implementations.
• Work with client counterpart to gather requirements and manage a team of Reporting / PRISM consultants to configure the technical solution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Workday Integration Core / Workday Reporting / Prism analytics certification is mandatory.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in Workday implementations
    • Experience in Develop plans to integrate multiline reporting within Workday
    • Strong knowledge on Workday HR reports / dashboards creation
    • Definition of customers’ needs for data and analysis based on HR system
    • Functional knowledge of one or more Workday HCM

• Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business requirements into effective system design.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
