Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
6 years of experience working in the advertising, marketing or sales industry, or product area.
2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or e-commerce experience, with an understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling, including track record in commercial teams.
Independent, thrives in a rapidly changing environment, and effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
