- Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- 6 years of experience working in the advertising, marketing or sales industry, or product area.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or e-commerce experience, with an understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
- Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling, including track record in commercial teams.
- Independent, thrives in a rapidly changing environment, and effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
