Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop digital marketing plans aligned to the customer journey.
Create digital briefs and campaign plans for all paid media channels.
Ensure digital tactics, including webpage development, SEM, programmatic advertising, social media, and email marketing, are executed on time and on budget to high quality standards.
Partner with external agencies as needed for digital advertising programs.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers for stakeholder and legal compliance reviews and approvals.
Audit existing campaigns, analyze keywords, ad copy, bid strategy, and elements to identify new opportunities to improve performance and KPIs.
Formulate and execute media plans that deliver lead generation as a vital element of the marketing and sales mix.
Partner with analytics teams to show the value of programs and provide a regular cadence of reports.
Build, activate, and manage cross-functional relationships with digital marketing, analytics, UX/Design, MarTech, IT, and others as needed.
Work encompasses the full range of paid media channels, including Facebook advertising, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, and any up-and-coming media channels.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field
0-3 years of overall marketing, communications and/or digital experience in a B2C or B2B environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well within a matrix organization and to influence teams to accomplish common goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
Digital media (programmatic, SEO/ SEM, endemic partnerships, website and email) and social media acumen
Direct experience in digital media and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, GoogleAds/ Campaign Manager 360)
Understanding of / experience with Google Analytics
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective relationship building skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work with limited direction
Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
