Job Description
  • Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent. Provides recruiting and sourcing solutions that attract and recruit passive talent that meets business needs for assigned souring projects and/or line of business.
  • Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants. Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation.
  • Gathers talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence to generate talent search or outreach solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Leverages HR technology resources to gather leads, assess qualifications, refer quality leads and support measurement on performance objectives, and build relationships with pipeline candidates.
  • Leads effective sourcing productivity and prioritization through agile methodology.
  • Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies when engaged to support sourcing activities. Maintains strategic relationships with the recruiters to ensure consistent messaging and implementation of the Talent Acquisition and Outreach strategy.
