This role will support communication efforts across consumer-focused teams, partnering closely with communications leads to help inform, engage, and inspire employees, while also supporting high-impact external moments. You’ll contribute to communications around global all-hands meetings, leadership forums, organizational updates, executive visibility, product launches, earned media opportunities, and integrated campaigns. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires excellent writing, sound judgment, strong project skills, and a willingness to flex across priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Support internal communications across the Consumer organization, including planning and content for global all-hands, leadership meetings, and org-wide announcements
Partner with communications leads on executive communications for the Consumer Leadership Team
Contribute to external communications efforts including product launches, integrated campaigns, and earned media support
Collaborate across key functions to ensure aligned, well-executed communication moments
Manage multiple work-streams with strong attention to detail and an ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Support the broader Consumer Communications team with clear writing, thoughtful counsel, and dependable execution
Experience:
5–7 years of experience in communications, including time in public relations, media relations, or agency environments
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, able to tailor messaging across audiences, platforms, and seniority levels
Experience supporting executives, including crafting talking points, prepping for media and events, and managing communications on their behalf
Demonstrated ability to manage media outreach and engagement with press and external stakeholders
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and fast-changing priorities
A proactive, collaborative approach with strong judgment, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity
Background in tech, fintech, and/or consumer brands

The US national annual pay range for this role is $94,000 to $156,200
