• Consultative Skills: Ability to leverage existing SOP or policy to provide consultative inputs.
• Prioritize Work: Follow the cascade objectives and functions priorities to prioritize work.
•Collaboration/Communication:
• Problem Solving: Follow existing SOP and policy or solutions to solve sourcing obstacles. Start to learn & mirror best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve sourcing strategies.
• Understand the basic domain knowledge of Sourcing and recruiting.
• Understanding basic sourcing strategies. Ability to screen and assess candidates
• Ability to build passive candidate pipelines
4 to 6 years of HR or business-related experience (including Internship experience)
Bachelors/ Master’s degree.. Team player
• Agile

• Quick-learner, willing to take guidance, willing to execute basics and understand the criticalness of operation excellence
• Observant and sensitive to details.
