This role will have responsibilities in Account Management including day-to-day partner support (troubleshooting, answering questions), presenting results and growth opportunities to partners, and representing "voice of partner" for future program enhancements & launches.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for established partners, managing day-to-day account activities, including customer interface, troubleshooting, and determining cross-sell opportunities
Create and maintain travel schedule for industry events and trade show participation to build business partnerships and keep top of mind awareness
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key business drivers & deliver immediate, sustainable and measurable results
Assist in researching and analyzing the travel and hospitality industry to identify and prioritize target partners
Assist in creating and customizing business development pitch decks
Organize and maintain up to date brand lists of partners and any business development-related documents
Support Business Development efforts
Support partner onboarding processes
Support Account Development efforts
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of experience in a business development position within the luxury travel or hospitality industry
At least 2 years of experience in partner management or account development or business development with a focus on building and managing partnerships
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience and a successfully proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the luxury travel or hospitality industry
