• Coordinate logistics, materials and comms across live, virtual and hybrid Forum events
• Manage and maintain digital platforms including Cvent, SharePoint and Power BI dashboards
• Support alumni tracking and list management, ensuring quality data and contact history
• Assist with production and distribution of email communications, invitations and surveys
• Track registration data, feedback, and post-event insights with accuracy
• Prepare internal reports and updates to support program visibility and learning
• Ensure branding and formatting consistency across program materials
• Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes and support team success


• Highly organised with an eye for detail and quality output
• Comfortable working with data, digital platforms and reporting tools
• Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks to deadline across time zones


• 4+ years of experience in events, marketing or program coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Power BI, or event management tools


• Experience working in professional services or virtual delivery environments
• Prior exposure to supporting global teams or multi-day event programs
