KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales Compensation program
o Support the definition and design of Sales Compensation concepts and policies within the global Rewards framework and local market standards
o Implement Sales Compensation tools and processes
o Contribute to the Sales Compensation strategy, programs, and projects
o Govern process descriptions and provide corresponding guidance to HR and GBS
o Perform analysis of market trends and benchmarking
• Training, Communication and Change Management
o Provide professional advice and communicate to Rewards Partners and HR Partners
o Design and execute change management concepts for local, strategic and global Sales Compensation
o Provide technical and process upskilling to the HR Community
o Deliver local/individual communication on global, local and strategic programs
• Reporting/Analysis/Audit
o Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, insights and effectiveness of compensation plans
o Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations (including ad-hoc requests)
o Present data findings in a clear and concise manner
o Define local/functional reporting requirements for specific Sales Compensation programs
o Execute and analyze local/functional reports
o Execute regular proactive auditing cadence to ensure programs are governed in compliance and are market competitive

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree or adequate education
• 4+ years of overall work experience within HR, in particular Rewards
• Preferred 2-3 years work experience in data analytics, finance, and/or compensation
• Project Management experience
• Experience working in an international and matrix environment
• High level of affinity to and experience with Finance and Analytics
