Field & Partner Marketing Manager – UK - EMEA North

We're looking for a

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize lead generation marketing plans aligned with EMEA North's go-to-market strategy and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Managers, Field Sales, and Business Development teams to plan and implement joint marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and demand creation.
  • Lead partner marketing efforts, including business planning and execution of joint campaigns to strengthen channel relationships and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Coordinate with regional partner sales management, account executives, and the wider EMEA marketing team to ensure alignment, maximize lead quality, and cover diverse routes to market.
  • Monitor marketing performance using digital tools, provide actionable insights, and act as a brand advocate on social media to heighten market visibility.

What We'd Like to See

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B marketing within a technology environment, with hands-on campaign management using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong background in partner and field marketing, with a track record of planning and running successful joint marketing programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, or similar platforms for campaign execution and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging diverse multicultural stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
  • Deep understanding of marketing mix elements including demand generation, marketing operations, communications, and sales enablement.
  • Adaptable, and motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
