Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize lead generation marketing plans aligned with EMEA North's go-to-market strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Managers, Field Sales, and Business Development teams to plan and implement joint marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and demand creation.
- Lead partner marketing efforts, including business planning and execution of joint campaigns to strengthen channel relationships and accelerate sales cycles.
- Coordinate with regional partner sales management, account executives, and the wider EMEA marketing team to ensure alignment, maximize lead quality, and cover diverse routes to market.
- Monitor marketing performance using digital tools, provide actionable insights, and act as a brand advocate on social media to heighten market visibility.
What We'd Like to See
- Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B marketing within a technology environment, with hands-on campaign management using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong background in partner and field marketing, with a track record of planning and running successful joint marketing programs.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, or similar platforms for campaign execution and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging diverse multicultural stakeholders across the EMEA region.
Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
- Deep understanding of marketing mix elements including demand generation, marketing operations, communications, and sales enablement.
- Adaptable, and motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
