As ain the team, you need to build tools, processes and metrics to help partners across Microsoft AI solve critical service management/Live Site problems. You will work with Software Engineering to design technical solutions. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations. You’ll define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams. With minimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmaps for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs. You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with others to collect metrics. You’ll also contribute to incident management and post mortems/retrospectives, centering on advocating for our end users and partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements:

Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • 1+ year working in a production engineering, service operations or SRE role.

  • Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics. Contribute to customer support and participate in direct customer engagements.
