What you'll be doing:

• Ability for primary interface to independently research usage billing issue for various software and support service usage-based models

• Provide requirements to engineering to build support dashboard to assist customer usage inquiries effectively and timely

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product telemetry requirements, metrics, and pricing for each product for customer usage bill

• Ability to coordinate across functional teams to resolve customer’s billing inquiries.

• Collaborate engineering and finance to identify root cause and issue credits

• Present and explain to customers the billing details based on supporting telemetry data

• Proactively track telemetry on customer usage to ensure accurate billing based on such usage or consumption

• Collaborate with subject matter expert (SME) and functional teams for new software and support service usage-based model monetization and operationalization.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred. Finance or Business IT background is a plus

• 2+ years of proven experience, including 2 years software and support service operation experience

• Metronome, SAP, and Salesforce experience is a plus

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

• Background in software and support service usage-based models focused on billing support role(or equivalent experience)

• Experience with telemetry data for troubleshooting billing issues, understanding customer usage, behavior, and system performance

• Experience with product offer on hyperscale cloud provider marketplaces
