KeyResponsibilities
- Drive adoption of the operational risk management framework for the company.
- Lead and enhance the company’s third-party risk management program, including due diligence, monitoring, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key process owners and ensure that their services comply with the company’s standards and expectations.
- Enhance the operational resiliency program to ensure that the company’s critical operations can continue in the event of a disruption or disaster.
- Develop and implement metrics and reporting to effectively monitor and communicate the company’s operational risk profile to senior management.
- Provide advice and guidance to business units on operational risk management matters.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the company’s operational risk management practices are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess emerging operational risk issues and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks to the company.
- Manage and develop a team of operational risk management professionals.
- Prepare and provide regular updates to Parent andinternational Boards,authorized committees and working groups as appropriate.
Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in operational risk management or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk management frameworks, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective third-party risk management programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risk issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of operational risk management professionals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.

$143400 to $285450
