Responsibilities:Overview:The Content Lead is accountable for leading the development and execution of Playtika's content strategy across various channels .As the Content lead, you will be at the forefront of our storytelling efforts, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our global audience. You will oversee content creation, distribution, and performance analysis, ensuring our brand message is clear, consistent, and engaging across all platforms. This role requires a creative leader with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and passion to the gaming industry.
This position is responsible for Playtika’s social media (excluding TikTok) and overseeing Playtika’s digital assets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to promote the brand globally.
- Develop and implement creative initiatives to ensure optimal impact. It’s on you to turn ideas into impactful stories!
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within Playtika to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
- Lead vendors to produce high-quality content that highlights employee branding, company culture, and business success.
- Content & Creative creation—copy and visual—based on Playtika’s strategic focus, practice areas, and departmental focus areas. For example, content-based campaigns highlight Playtika as a mobile gaming leader, attract talents to “home of the best” etc.
- Develop and manage digital and social media strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and engagement, including the company’s website( Excluding career page).
- Implement initiatives to increase online presence (e.g., blog/newsroom/one-pagers).
- Manage vendors, build roadmaps, and measure success with KPIs.
- Responsible for content on the website.
- Optimize digital content for SEO and user experience to drive traffic and engagement.
- Oversee social media channels (excluding TikTok).
- Create and oversee engaging social media (organic&paid), ensuring alignment with the overall content strategy.
- Lead vendors to produce high-quality content on Playtika's Social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital and social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
- Develop and manage an asset content file\communication kit up to date (presentation with general information on Playtika, one pager, About Playtika, Bios)
- Draft management letters as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains innovative and attractive.
Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in content strategy and execution, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, ideation, and storytelling abilities.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with a knack for developing content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Team Player: Possesses a "can do" attitude, actively engages as a team member.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with game studios, teams, and other stakeholders and contributes to creating high-quality, engaging content that brings our brand stories to life.
- Planning: Forward-thinking planner who can strategize and anticipate future content needs.
- Analytical: Skilled in analyzing content performance metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement.
