Description
- Plan Capacity and lead factory Capital Equipment budgeting- Handle module readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost - Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams- Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality- Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization- Lead program readiness reviews that include overall program status of design/technical development and operations. Drive closure on design/technical and operations issues- Lead operations development builds on-site at suppliers. Responsible for successful mass production ramp up
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing, process engineering, or product development
  • Proactive, Results oriented, and high attention to detail while running several work streams
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to present complicated information in simple terms across organization
  • Use data driven decisions and be willing to take action
  • Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
Education & Experience
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, MBA is considered a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $148,200 and $223,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
