Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or related functions.
2 years of experience in consumer growth across marketing or product using insights to inform growth strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, etc.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with lifecycle marketing or personalization strategies to engage target audiences.
Familiarity with SQL and experience with database management.
Effective communication skills and ability to drive discussions and presentations across multiple levels of the organization.
Strong process and project management skills with the ability to set goals, maintain a growth tracker and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.
