Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or related functions.
- 2 years of experience in consumer growth across marketing or product using insights to inform growth strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, etc.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with lifecycle marketing or personalization strategies to engage target audiences.
- Familiarity with SQL and experience with database management.
- Effective communication skills and ability to drive discussions and presentations across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong process and project management skills with the ability to set goals, maintain a growth tracker and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.
- Strong structured thinking and business judgment.
