Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Collections digital contact strategies related to Branded cards and Citi Retail Services portfolios
  • Evaluate effectiveness and optimize existing strategies and develop/test new strategies for Collections, using statistical methodologies
  • Perform hypothesis development and design Champion/Challenger tests to determine impact from new treatments and development of recommendations
  • Conduct P&L analysis and impacts to other key delinquency metrics and oversight for implementing recommendations
  • Develop programming solutions using SAS and other programming and data querying tools to drive answers to analytic challenges and information for management decisions, observations and tracking
  • Participating in creating system requirements for new collections strategies and represent Risk Management throughout the development life cycle of a new strategy or policy
  • Collecting and interpreting data for ad hoc projects
  • Making recommendations and communicating results to senior management. Representing Risk Management on inter-departmental Process Teams

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years experience inStatistics/Analytics/DecisionManagement will be desirable
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Credit Cards related experience or 6+ years related analytic experience using quantitative analysis, preferably in a risk context
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in statistical analysis with working knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages : SAS (preferred), SQL, R, Python or some equivalent
  • Experience with SQL programming in a UNIX environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, leadership skills
  • Risk analytics and project management skills

Education

  • At minimum Bachelor's level degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred
