Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of projects and initiatives of varying complexity inclusive of project tracking, process flows, leading focus groups and training programs, collaboration on cross-firm forums, etc. and communicate status and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Develop effective and meaningful presentations & business update materials suitable for stakeholders, business partners and other senior stakeholders headlining BSM story and overall business progress
- Coordinate and oversee thr organizational messaging including flash reports, EMR/QBR content, business partner updates, ad-hoc presentations, etc.
- Operate as internal consultant to improve business performance via analysis and recommendation in a variety of areas including data/metrics, process/procedures, etc.
- Represent for location strategy initiatives including real estate needs, business resiliency and migration activity
- Work closely with senior leadership to capture headcount requirements and manage changes through budget lifecycle and wide range of initiatives and daily work as required
- Develop and execute senior management presentations and reporting packages delivered on a regular cadence (e.g., monthly)
- Drive year-end planning process in partnership with BSM Leadership Team
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, project standards, and procedures including development and/or maintenance of Standing Operating Procedures
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal meetings and off-siteand assist with key business management functions including data analysis, reporting, corporate and business program maintenance and ad-hoc requests
- Drive the development of analytical tools and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting to manage business coverage and identify innovation and efficiency opportunities and track progress
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of project and/or operational related experience, in a large financial services firm
- A strong track record in successful business management and project leadership
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic recommendations/suggestions
- Highly comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies
- Strong presentation skills and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint PitchPro)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, change management and influence skills
- Self-starter, highly organized and can operate independently, highly effective prioritization and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Corporate level marketing and exceptional communication skills (confident, organized and able to effectively assimilate with all levels within the organization)
- Professional leadership (excels at motivating teams, fosters collaboration, and recognizes accomplishments and ability to participate in cross-functional teams)
- Comfortable leading an initiative or playing a support role on the broader team
