Job responsibilities
- Manage aged and/or chronic ATM/TCR faults
- Partner with internal and external partners/vendors (cash vendors, facility vendors, hardware vendors and internal various departments) for ATM/TCR servicing
- Monitor fleet trends and outages
- Host calls with internal and external partners (cash vendors, facility vendors, hardware vendors and internal various departments)
- Create fleet level reporting for senior leadership
- Provide support to 4xx colleagues through training, feedback and coaching
- Maintain a high level of quality and effectiveness for mitigating ATM/TCR challenges in a production based environment.
- Investigate customer and executive office complaints
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Existing ATM/TCR knowledge
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while operating with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to take initiatives while being a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and teams
- Ability to analyze large data files and identify trends
- Ability to work on call as needed for major incidents including overnight support
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends and holidays)
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Banking experience or Call center experience
- Recent banking center operations experience
- Some college or equivalent experience
