- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 15 years of professional software engineering experience
- 10 years of experience with infrastructure or AI/ML techniques
- 10 years of experience with full stack development spanning developer experience, developer APIs, and tools
- 10 years of experience in development platform design, programming, and debugging
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience tech-leading large ecosystem of developers with streamlined API development and a user-facing product development cycle (e.g., developer APIs and ecosystem)
- Experience as a advocate for product features, up-leveling requirements to sustainable user-friendly APIs/frameworks and bridge user-facing features and the underpinning platforms and technologies
- Understanding of the Search product features and Search user needs
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution, and the ability to innovate quickly and radically to support users' evolving information journey and to accelerate product goals
