Job Description
Key components of the Market Access Manager position includes but are not limited to:
Stakeholdermapping and management for Swine, Poultry, Identification and LeeO. and identifying key opportunities in the market
You fully understand and know ourcustomers business model and are able to support our customer to provide them better market access
You are able to understand the business needs of our stakeholders and also to translate these into a strategic business plan and projects
Tasks and responsibilities :
Create strong stakeholder networks:
To identify and create effective networks with strategically important ‘Influencers’ in Benelux
To position the company as the partner of choice in animal health and secure commitment to the portfolio to support their business needs as well as the image of the sector• Champion these ‘Influencer’ networks within and ensure alignment with technical, marketing sales and global functions
Continuous identification of agricultural opinion leaders, agricultural organizations, analysis of agricultural networks and markets for the strategic development of market-specific marketing plans.
Develop and maintain market access strategy:
Working with the Business Unit Director, Business Development Manager, Strategic Marketeer, Sales and other key local and global colleagues, identify and create the go to market strategy that ensures can achieve competitive advantage from Market Access
Define the value proposition for the prioritized ‘Influencer’ stakeholders and identify the critical capabilities to succeed alongside the required investment and business plan
Lead the execution of the market access strategy:
Working closely with the existing marketing, technical and sales teams to establish products as part of the ‘Influencer’ health programs
Connect with the established teams within to ensure that support is provided to Vets on these health programs
Leadership Competences and Experience
Your profile:
Sales skills at a senior level
Experience within Intensive Livestock sector• High level communications and negotiation skills
High level of impact and influence both internally and externally
Business and financial acumen
Working across boundaries
Strategic thinking
Project management
Problem solving
Several years of experience within a commercial setting (sales or marketing)
Preference for experience in Food retailing industry
Qualified degree (Agriculture Sciences / Animal Sciences or similar)
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an asset.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Experience with SAP
