What you will do:
Mentor and coach Senior Associate Designers and peers across the Instructional Design learning team.
Design, create, and own complex blended learning experience strategies that require navigating multiple stakeholders and design elements, using adult learning principles and required tools or templates.
Develop learning assets and complex learning experiences (i.e. learning games, simulations).
Promote learning trends (e.g., approaches and tools), design aesthetics, and digital solutions and integrate into learning.
Provide business consulting to key stakeholders and make learning and performance improvement recommendations via appropriate templates.
Oversee large scale projects via project management standards & serve as the training workstream lead, as needed.
Assess scope on an ongoing basis to ensure large, complex builds are on schedule, have needed resources, and manage scope creep.
Create and execute measurement and assessment strategies for learning experiences.

Work from Home Technology Requirements
Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
Reliable private internet connection that isnotsupplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of training development experience for cross-functional, multi-faceted programs or projects
At least 2 years experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
At least 2 years experience in instructional design methodology such as ADDIE, SAM, or AGILE
At least 2 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Articulate 360, Captivate, or Snagit
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of experience in learning design supporting an Operations organization
At least 2 years of experience in performance support and analysis
