As our Senior Manager/Director – ServiceNow Alliance Pre-Sales Architect, you'll be at the forefront of shaping innovative pre-sales strategies within the dynamic ServiceNow ecosystem. You'll harness your expertise to lead transformative initiatives, driving growth and delivering exceptional solutions that resonate with our clients.
- Spearhead the development and execution of our ServiceNow business strategy, making a tangible impact on our market presence and client satisfaction.
- Be recognised as a thought leader and subject matter expert in ServiceNow, fostering cutting-edge solutions and co-development opportunities.
- Enjoy the thrill of building and maintaining strategic relationships, both internally and with ServiceNow, to amplify EY's brand and drive alliance success.
What you will do:
- Lead the charge in our ServiceNow Alliance business development, from identifying new opportunities to nurturing existing relationships.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow, guiding our teams to leverage the platform for transformative client services.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for our ServiceNow strategy.
- Drive innovation and co-develop solutions with ServiceNow, increasing our digital revenue streams.
- Engage with clients, presenting tailored solutions, conducting demos, and communicating the unique benefits of our offerings.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest ServiceNow developments and industry practices.
What we’re looking for

- A robust background with over 12 years in complex and large-scale sales environments.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow technology, showcasing your depth of knowledge in this specific domain.
- Demonstrable experience in a pre-sales architect role, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Proficient in ServiceNow, with a strong grasp of ITSM, HRSD, and GRC.
- A track record of engaging with clients at a strategic level, translating business needs into compelling ServiceNow solutions.
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
